Terms of Service

1. Payment Terms

We operate on a project basis, not a salary basis. Our standard payment structure is:

• 50% Upfront: Required to commence work.
• 50% Upon Delivery: Required before the final transfer of assets/code.

2. Refund Policy

Strict No Refund Policy. Once work has commenced, the upfront payment is non-refundable to cover the time and resources allocated to your project.

3. Delivery & Non-Payment

Failure to pay the remaining balance upon completion and delivery of the project will result in the immediate removal of all services, code, and hosted assets. We retain full ownership of all intellectual property until full payment is received.

4. Project Scope

All projects are defined by a specific scope agreed upon before work begins. Additional features or changes outside this scope will be billed separately.
